'Everything'

'There isn't many places to stay in Jackson. This place was a great location as you were so close to the downtown area. It did need some updating and better cleaning. We were disappointed that the pool was out of order. If you are looking for something that is just a place to stay, this isn't too bad. We were in town most of the time. Jackson is a cute town and we enjoyed all the Stranger things locations!'

'Everything was great except for the TV remote. Channel listing didn't seem to work and there wasn't a printed guide to be found.'

'Staff was amazing. I had 2 small kids with me and they were able to put us on a hallway where the noise they made would not be a problem. My only complaint would be the water pressure, they need to crank it up a notch. There’s plenty of parking and food places nearby. Breakfast was bland but I get it seasoning is a preference.'

'We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I’m not sure where the smell was coming from — maybe someone had smoked in the room before us and the smell hadn’t gone away, or maybe it was coming from the neighbors. But as a non-smoker, it was really unpleasant for me, and I’m very sensitive to that smell.'

'Breakfast was good. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms were a little dirtier than expected. Had pizza sauce on 1 of the bed comforters when first got there.'
