'The rooms and food were great. The service was very ok. At Comal the food was very slow and they never checked in for drink orders or to fill waters. Not a great experience for a 300 dollar dinner. Same thing at breakfast. The pool service didn’t clear chairs when people left. The service got better towards the end but overall was disappointing for the price. One and only or las Ventanas are much better places to stay. '

'A slight ocean view. Room was clean. The staff very courteous. This is not a hotel for everybody. The area is remote on a gravel, washboard road so it’s not for everybody. We enjoyed it though! We saw lots and lots of whales. Took a tour of the reef! Which was super! '

'Hotel El Ganzo is as good as it gets. It was one of the best hotel experiences my boyfriend and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding.
