'My booking was as perceived from their advert for a caravan with lake and sea views with steps to the upper level /roof terrance. I booked with ebookers ,their adverstising is misleadingly. When i mentioned this at reception I was told it says its for illustration purposes !! Id need to take it up with ebookers. Which i agreed with. Would I book with this company again. Most definately not. Caravan was fine..clean and tidy.Barmouth bay site lovely. No views of the beach or no seating...

'This hotel is a right little gem in the heart of Barmouth. It’s such an easy review as everything was perfect and I would come back to Barmouth just to stay here. Staff so pleasant and welcoming and the room was wanting for nothing. We didn’t eat here but that’s something to look forward to next time. '

'We enjoyed the holiday largely due to the weather. The chalet is small. Had the weather been bad we'd have gone crazy in the chalet. It is showing signs of age. 'This is a lovely apartment, beautifully furnished and appointed. It has a stunning view, telephone wires apart. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived. We had a couple of niggles but they were addressed satisfactorily by the owners. Take their words about the hill to the apartment very seriously. You need to be fit and able to deal with it.'
