This property was perfect for a stay with a boat very Clean comfortable place to stay in will definitely be back. Host had the house stocked very well and the brownies were very good!

Wonderful home, minutes from Sunset marina. Quiet setting and plenty of parking. Host is great and even let us check in a little early. Love everything about this property.

Spring Break

Memaw’s and Pa’s place was very clean and comfortable. Access to the marinas was very easy and close by. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The home was in an ideal location for us and convenient to everything we needed. The house was clean and well appointed with all the kitchen and bath items you could want. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay for a few days and chase fish around close to Dale Hollow. Everything was clean and everything a few guys might forget to bring was available on site. Thoroughly enjoyed the deck on the shady side of the house for evening relaxing. Highly recommend.

Love this place!

The house is located in a peaceful and relaxing area, with ample parking for boat and several cars. It is extremely clean and very well appointed. The location is great, just a few minutes from Sunset Marina. We have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be back.

The house exceeded all of our expectations!! The entire house was clean and well maintained and the location was perfect for our needs. Who could forget the mouthwatering brownies!!! My son and myself finished the plate our first day!! Such a great experience for a unforgettable vacation with my family!

Easy to find and use, beautiful home/property. Only 25 minutes from our fishing dock. The brownies were wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very nice!

My family has stayed at this house for the past two years for my son's basketball tournament. We will be back next year, as well! The house is very nice and has everything a family needs! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure guests are taken care of! And, he responds very quickly! I100% recommend!

Very cute home! It as what you need when you're not at home. I love the gardens and animals. Very pretty. The ac worked well. The home was comfortable and plenty of room. We loved the brownies. They were gone in no time!

Country Living

The property was fantastic! Very clean, grass mowed, and brownies when we arrived. Quick responses from the property manager which is always great. Everything matched the listing pictures and well stocked even with the essentials. Just for future bookers make sure to GPS to the address that comes with check in info and also when door code is entered just PUSH the door open. This will save you a few not so " smart" moments like we had. FYI the master bed is amazing very comfortable, I know that can make or break a stay. Overall enjoyed our time and will definatly book again when we come visit!

Dale Hollow Trip

Everything about our trip was pleasant. From the brownies that were left as a welcoming gift, to the cleanliness, to the comfortable bed, everything was spot on. The only recommendation I can make is to please put a window covering in the bathroom window. The lack of privacy, even though the window faced the back of the property, was a little uncomfortable. I ended up using a hanger and a T-shirt to block the window so it was not a big deal. Just an idea to consider. Thank you!
