Foothills Festival with Family
First, we will be back. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was perfect for our group. We look forward to renting again so that we can enjoy the pool, unfortunately, it was too cold this time. The house had everything, large serving platers & bowls, room, and seating, we needed to entertain our family that lives in the area. Lots of room for all. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay!

Great location, lots of space both indoors and outdoors, pet-friendly.
My daughter and son stayed here with their kids (my grandkids) and two small dogs. The house was nice in the fact that there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a nice touch and the kids especially enjoyed that. The location was great in that it was close to Sunset Marina, the grocery store and some restaurants. The owners were quick to responnd if we had any issues or questions.

Fantastic!!
Wonderful property and owners! House and property are exactly as described. Very close to marina. Plenty of room and the pool is a special bonus! Easy check in and out, owners very responsive to our questions. We had to bring our dog at the last minute and the owners were very cool about it. Hope we get to visit again!! Truly fantastic!!

Great stay for Family Vacation (5 kids/5 Adults)
Nice, spacious house conveniently close to Sunset Marina. Master bedroom was very large with a walk in closet & a good sized bathroom with shower. The basement is a great area for all the kids to hang out with plenty of beds. Really enjoyed having pool time with the grandkids. We all loved it & will probably return in the future. Our only issue was the lack of water pressure in the showers, but we survived! (Just took a little longer.)

Great location to Sunset Marina.
We loved our stay. The house was very close to Sunset Marina. Last minute issue with dog boarding so we had to bring our new addition dog with us. The owners responded very quickly and no issues. Pet friendly. Our Maggie Lou enjoyed mornings on the deck and yard running and watching the cows come up to the fence. We didn’t stay in the basement but we were a small group. Beds comfortable and everything we needed after a day on the lake. Pool was an extra benefit even though we didn’t take a break from the lake the kids got to enjoy last day swimming.

Nice place, close to fishing but had problems
Sinks were plugged up and so for 2 days could not cook , dishwasher flooded and was broke last day, the showers have no protection from falling and all totes are about 1 foot off ground these last 2 were the worst as we were 10 men and we ranged from 6 ft 1 to me at 6ft 4

The sink and dishwasher were working fine when this group arrived, but someone in their party poured grease in it and stopped it up. Our maintenance man cleaned them out and got them working the day we were notified. As for the showers, they are standard fiberglass. We’ve never had complaints of this nature in 10 years of renting our property. We have no idea what the totes are, but everything in our house is standard.

Perfect House
The Mitchell property was beautiful and conveniently located close to Dale Hollow Lake. The house was ver roomy, and there was plenty of space for our family to stay. We were in town for a funeral, and it was exactly what we needed to accommodate us. We would definitely book again.

Convenient But Dated
Spacious rooms and farmhouse feel. Clean but dated we had challenges with TV in master and never got it to work. Washer and dryer but no laundry products provided, not even 1-2 detergent pods which would have been nice. Speaking of soap, none in bathrooms for showering. so BYO. Older appliances and no ice maker in fridge. Good fire pit area but bring lighter or matches as none onsite we could find. Ample parking. There was no communication from host even after texting to ask about turnaround area for our boat/trailer. Main draw is convenient location to the lake and Sunset Mariana.

Thank you for your suggestions. We now have the items mentioned available for our guests. The master bedroom tv is working properly. Communication with our guests is a top priority. Our goal is to respond quickly. Unfortunately, we did not receive your text. Again, we appreciate your suggestions.

Great for what we needed…
We had dogs, 8 kids, 4-10yrs old, and 4 adults staying together. There was plenty of room and nice sleeping places for everyone. The pool was absolutely perfect and the location was close to the marina and Cove Creek Recreational Area. Great time!

Perfect lake getaway
This is the second time my friends and I have stayed at this house for a long weekend getaway, and it certainly won’t be our last. From the large house with several bedrooms and beds, to the clean inground pool and close proximity to Sunset Marina, this house can’t be beat. We love this house!

This was a great rental! The place was literally 5 minutes from the marina! Very quiet neighborhood! Beds were super comfy! The pool was awesome...competetive Marco Polo games were played! Fire pit for smores! This is a perfect place to be close to everything and yet feel like you had your own place! Owners were super responsive and kind (even when a puppy got ahold of a remote! YIKES!) Bonus to note...Dairy Queen 2 minutes away! Blizzards for all!! Thanks so much! We had an awesome time!!

Family funeral
We were in need of a place for 10 people for my husbands funeral. We hated to get motel rooms and glad we were able to get this home because it was just perfect for all of us with lots of room and was comfortable and it was easily accessible to Livingston for the funeral. Would like to stay there in future for a more festive occasion.

Family Reunion Fun
Our visit was a 3 day family reunion. We found this house spacious, comfortable and well stocked with towels & linens and kitchen necessities. The pool area is nice and we enjoyed the view of rolling hills off the back porch balcony. While it was clean, it does need new carpet and paint. We plan to rent this again next year.

Great Vacation Home
Great place for kids! We had a range of children from 1-10 who loved this property and the pool area. It was very nice to have after a day on the lake. This house's location is so convenient for getting to Sunset Marina. We also loved the size of the lot with 3 acres to enjoy and beautiful view out the back to enjoy.

Annual TN Decoration trip
This was our 3rd stay at this property. We love it especially the pool and the distance to 111 the DQ and the Shaved Ice hut. Of course it is also so close to the beach and the lake as well.

Exceptional!
What a wonderful rental! Our family so enjoyed this trip to Dale Hollow! The house was better than expected. So much room to spread out. Clean and comfy. And the kitchen was incredibly well equipped. You never know what to expect in the kitchen of a rental, but this one had a great selection of cookware, small appliances and other gadgets which was great for us as we didn’t go out for any meals. The owners were wonderful to work with. Very prompt to any questions we had. And we loved the new pool area! Great size, comfy outdoor furniture…we spent a lot of time chilling at the pool. Will definitely return to this house on future lake trips!

Big house, private location, close to Dale Hollow Lake
This house is very big and we had more than enough room for our family. The pool was a great feature. The property is very peaceful and features a fire pit for use as well. It's a short drive to Sunset Marina and a few local restaurants and grocery store. I think it's worth mentioning to future guests that the cold water turns on the hot water in the upstairs bathroom. There is WIFI at the house, but if you have several family members wanting to utilize the WIFI at the same time or need to log on to work, the WIFI may not be strong enough for that. Overall, the house was clean and functional and served our purpose or a family getaway.

Perfect Location!
We stayed for a long weekend and will definitely be planning a week longer trip next year. The house is perfect! All of the rooms are HUGE and the house was very clean. The back deck overlooks the very well maintained pool, with a beautiful view of the landscape in the background. The location of this property is one of the best perks - 5 min to fuel/food, 10 min to grocery, and 10 min to the marina. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries prior to the trip. Overall a 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway
We truly enjoyed the house. Plenty of room for my family and friends (9 of us) and the pool was great. Super peaceful since there aren’t any neighbors close. If you are looking to just hang out in a pool and relax in a quiet place, this is perfect. The house was super clean and Charles was quick to respond when we had a minor question. However, if you are looking to eat or shop a lot, there aren’t many major stores and restaurants around. You will have to drive a bit, but for us we didn’t care.
