'Good location. Easy parking. Breakfast disappointing '

'Overall, the room was clean which I very much appreciate. However, I don't think they bleach the linens or towels. There were visible stains on them and they looked dingy. Breakfast was the bare minimum. A good place for a brief stay where your main goal is a bed and a shower. I have stayed here before and it is likely I will stay again.'

'This place is disgusting, seems to be a month to month living facility more than a Hotel. Honestly will never, suggest this place to anyone with a family. I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor. If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you'

'Room Clean, Staff pleasant, Price was nice. Breakfast: not so good. Food cold, microwave was filthy, biskets burnt, Sausage gravy was small amount in a cold dish not heated. Dog turds in hallway. That used to be my favorite.'

'The hotel and room were clean overall. Breakfast was spot on.The staff was very helpful and friendly. Biggest plus is the free Uber to the Mayo, that was a game changer. The only bad thing I have to say is they need to clean their hot tub and pool, they were grodie so I didn't get to swim.'

'The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what you’d expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended.'

'The room was very clean and comfortable feeling. Staff was great. Very friendly and was there to help you with all of my questions. Will definitely come back. The shuttle to the Mayo Clinic was fantastic especially with all of the construction going on.'

'Great property for a couple days stay, if one is visiting the Mayo Clinics. Nice size rooms. Get one with an even number to decrease highway noise. Breakfast was decent. I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!'

'Had pastries, bagels, cereal and packed breakfast sandwich (only non-vegetarian, no egg and cheese option). Good enough breakfast and clean establishment. Stayed in first floor unit, parked in front of room and two steps into the room. Goal was to stay close to Mayo and don’t break your bank. This stay accomplished that. '
