'Toilet did not flush properly, bathtub drains extremely slow, breakfast wasn't that good either.'

'Room was clean. The only redeeming quality of this place. The key system is totally disfunctional. It took the maintenance man 6 times to open my door so I was afraid to leave after that. Groups of men hanging out on the balconies, empty shopping carts in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe'

'Booked this for a stay for a ceremony at BU for graduate. Upon arrival there is a full on Christening, Communion, Celebration Party that took over main area, back patio, front entrance. Music, coolers, a LOT of people. Property wants to put me in first floor room. After expressing my concern I was moved but AFTER a surcharge. DISAPPOINTING. This was my go to for four years.'

'I enjoyed how clean this property was! However about 3am on yesterday I woke up to the air conditioner unit making a loud screeching noise and had to turn the unit off for the rest of the night due to me needing to be up by 530. Very disturbing.'

'Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...

'There are broken windows place is dirty the staff is very unhelpful theres no elevator so when I checked in went to the room the door would not unlock the green light would come on but door wouldn't open so up an down the stairs 3 different times and 30 mins later i finally got in the room the top blanket had 4 different cigarette burn holes the tv wouldn't work call the desk they tell me someone will be up to fix it no one ever showed up 8 finally just went to sleep stay away from this dump'

'It’s clear the owners take pride in maintaining the property, as everything was clean and well kept. The lobby in particular was very clean and had a fresh scent. The hotel is in a great location, with several dining options nearby. It’s also especially convenient for visiting nearby colleges, and we appreciated being able to avoid heavy traffic when leaving. Overall, a well-located and well-maintained place to stay.'
