The lodging was very clean and comfortable with a quiet atmosphere conducive to relaxation. As previous reviewers have mentioned the driveway up to the house is very steep so make sure you have decent tires and put your car in low gear before heading up the road! I would be happy to stay here again next time I make it to Downieville.'

'We had a golf tournament in the area, and this was a perfect place to stay. Lots of room and very comfortable. The host was easy to contact and answered all questions immediately. We’ll keep this place in mind the next time we’re in the area!'

'This is an incredibly new/clean home that was very comfortable for my husband & I to stay in. I messed up our booking and needed to stay an extra night. The host worked with us and took care of adding the additional night. We look forward to staying again!!'

'The location was perfect for our weekend full of disc golfing and hiking. We did not see the zero gravity chairs and hammock from the pictures. Instead, we spent our time enjoying the many games (horseshoes, darts, ping pong, and board games). The kitchen was fully stocked. The living room was comfortable for our Shrek marathon. '
