'The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice.'

'Bed was hard, pillows were hard, but somehow the bed was comfortable and I was supposed to wake up around 8 am ended up waking up at 10am. shower was clean and very calming. The laundry smelled heavenly and refreshing! Staff were helpful but a bit vague.'

'For $175 a night, I was excited for the spa room I saw online with the private hot tub right in the bedroom. In reality, the hot tub/deep bath tub was tucked away in the bathroom. The water came out rust colored when we turned it on, and there were lots of things floating. Not sure if it was old soap scum or someone else's dead skin. The room was clean in the areas that mattered, no bed bugs or anything, but the carpet was gross, mattress and bedding had what looked like old blood stains, and I...
