'BRAND NEW EVERYTHING! We really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary parking garage was just one block away, which was very convenient. The continental breakfast was good, and the restaurant and bar were a nice bonus. The foyer was a wonderful place to sit and chat with friends. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The bathroom was excellent, with a great shower, although the toilet was quite small. I didnt like the remote front desk. The audio was terrible. The only working ice machine was on the 6th floor, which apparently wasnt even used as it wasnt air conditioned. This should not be listed as a Best Western as it meets no Best Western standards. Would definitely have checked out and gone elsewhere but no other hotels available! Also, two ?? peepholes in door?? If you were looking through them you looked directly at the bed.'

'There are several long term renters. It’s a rough crowd. The lamp by the bed was busted. Water taps switched. Evidence of recent fumigation. It felt like someone had just moved out. I’m fine with less than standard accommodations but I felt like I was likely to be part of a crime scene. My wife warned me not to come home with bedbugs.
