'some insects are crawling in bed. one of our guests had diarrhea probably because of the water. toilets are not clean. mirrors in the toilet are not clean, just saying the caretakers did not prepare for occupancy. location was awful- we need to pass a narrow dirt road with people living in the area. Cashier is located far from the resort rooms. Neighboring resort was noisy.'

'Bad location, you go through a very rough and dangerous road, very far from everything and difficult to locate.The house is too small and dangerous to stay because of the location , when there is a storm or strong wind , just like when we stayed, the house rattles and you cannot sleep with the noise of the roof.The kitchen utensils are dirty, soaking with water when we arrived so you cannot trust the rest are clean.The cottage does not provide something in case of brown out ( no electricity when...

'The living room AC was not working. There are no shower curtains causing water splash all over bathroom causing slippery floors( a safety hazard). The master’s bedroom bathroom commode leaked. '

'I book the one with 3rd floor then they send us in different house.they say they can’t see my booking in the computer. So I show them my email. Then they say much better if you can go in different house'

'The property did not meet our expectation. With its price in the area, it was so costly.. Don't go to the property during rainy season. It is flooded. My family and I were disappointed to see the flood right in front of the unit. We arrived at past 4pm and we could have spent the rest of the day roaming around Alaminos.. But instead, we chose to stay in the house because of the flood outside.. The owner, though was very helpful in giving us tips although we havent had the chance to meet.'
