Welcome to your comfortable stay in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico!



This ground-floor apartment is located inside a quiet residential beach community designed for relaxation and easy outdoor living. Guests can enjoy shared access to open green areas, the pool, and the shoreline while having a fully private apartment to return to at the end of the day.



The space is ideal for couples, small families, or travelers looking for a peaceful environment with reliable internet and practical amenities for both short and extended stays.



The Home



This 1-bedroom apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and offers a simple, practical layout that makes it easy to settle in.



Being on the ground floor, there are no stairs required to access the property.

The apartment is located in Cabo Rojo inside a quiet residential beach community near the ocean. The area is known for its relaxed atmosphere, open outdoor spaces, and slower pace compared to busier tourist zones, making it ideal for guests looking to unwind and enjoy the coastal surroundings.



Getting Around:

The apartment is accessible by car from nearby airports. The closest airport is Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadilla, approximately 30 miles away. Many travelers also arrive via Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) in San Juan, about 120 miles away. A rental car is strongly recommended, as public transportation and ride-share services in Cabo Rojo are limited. Free on-site parking for one vehicle is available inside the gated community.



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a tropical destination, and occasional power or internet interruptions may occur due to weather or utility maintenance. These are typically brief and outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding should this happen during your stay.



Being in a warm coastal environment also means you may encounter mosquitoes or small insects, especially in outdoor areas. Bringing insect repellent is recommended for added comfort.



This is a quiet residential community. To respect neighbors, parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM).



Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior approval is given. Travelers must be at least 21 years old to book.



Guests may be asked to present a government ID at check-in or during the stay for verification purposes.



No smoking of any kind inside the home. Failure to comply may result in a $300 penalty.



Pets are not allowed.



Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning required after their stay.

This is a self check-in property using a lockbox for key access. Full instructions will be provided before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week if you need assistance — just send us a message!
