This three-bedroom penthouse is located in Jobo, a collection of 18 condominium units built in 2008, featuring a tropical colonial style and a variety of floor plans.
Jobo 16 features a split-level design, with three ensuite bedrooms upstairs and a living room, kitchen, dining space, and powder room downstairs.
The living room is decorated with high-quality leather couches, a built-in wood entertainment center, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The living room features a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony with iron railings furnished with a dining set and comfortable lounge chairs. It offers panoramic views of the 15th hole of the golf course, the lush rainforest, and the Pacific Ocean.
Behind the living room is a round wooden dining table with six chairs. The dining room also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony, which offers stunning ocean and rainforest views.
The spacious kitchen is a chef’s dream, with high-end granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a stovetop with a range hood. The breakfast bar can seat an additional three people.
Upstairs, the master bedroom is beautifully decorated with a plush king-sized bed, handcrafted wood and leather furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a small balcony with ocean views. This bedroom also includes a private bathroom with a luxurious jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.

Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in.
