'This property is a gem for sure. The suite was a good size with separate living, bathroom and bedroom areas. Very nice stay and comfortable bed! There is no on site staff, they text you the room code. That was nice too.'

'Water pressure in sink was abysmal, parking if not valet subjects you to park at a parking garage down the street only in the 3rd or 4th floor which at night feels sketchy. Room has fridge chock full of drinks both alcoholic and non but watch the price lol…lastly a small trash can by the toilet is all the room offers for waste so be mindful of to go food oh, and no microwave in the room. '

'Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Location is great for Texas Tech visits as well as easy access for traveling around Lubbock. Property is a bit dated but our towels were fluffy fresh. We stayed at the Overton during spring graduation so room pricing was quite inflated. Would stay there again if visiting Lubbock. '

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'When I called to advise I will be checking in late the “manager” informed me my reservation was canceled. No one called me or tried to reach me as to why. When I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager and started yelling. Worst customer service especially from a “manager”. '

'We stayed here for the Texas Tech graduation and it was perfect! Close to the University and lots of good eateries. It was really clean, had a great breakfast and a really helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend!'

'Parking lot is lit up like a Friday night lights which is good because the parking lot had some sketchy folks. The hotel did not have drinking water because the vending machine was empty. The shower has no door or curtain so water accumulated on the floor. '

'This appears to be a newer property and overall I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The hotel felt fresh and updated, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything in the room was in good working order, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The breakfast had the usual offerings. The room was clean with LV flooring. Much more sanitary than carpeting. The AC kept us cool. The hallway was quiet. They accept pets which is a big plus for us. We always stay at this hotel when coming to Lubbock.'
