The property includes a full bathroom and offers easy, stair-free access. Located on the city's main avenue, it is well-connected, has nearby parking, and is just a 2-minute walk from the beach.

🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Violating this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌ Parties and events are not permitted.
Access to the apartment:
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00h and takes place in our office in Calle Argantonio 10. If you are going to arrive later than 20:00 it is necessary to let us know in advance in order to arrange your arrival.

We will be happy to assist you during your stay for anything you may need, leaving at your disposal a telephone number available from 20:00 to solve any problem that may occur in the flat. On arrival it will be necessary to fill in and sign an accommodation document in accordance with the regulations.
Deposit:
A deposit of 300€ by credit/debit card will be requested as a deposit, which will be returned within 72 hours after your departure.
