Mooi appartement op de 9e verdieping, met twee grote terrassen van 50 m2 en 10 m2 met spectaculair uitzicht op de stad en de baai van Cádiz. Volledig gerenoveerd, met een zorgvuldige inrichting. Ideale situatie. Dicht bij treinstation en bushaltes. Naar stranden en het centrum. Alles is dichtbij. Ideaal voor koppels. Naast huishoudlinnen heeft het een parasol, handdoeken en hangmatten voor het strand. En ook 2 fantastische ligbedden om te zonnebaden op het terras. Comfortabel appartement met schitterend uitzicht

Wij waren in Cadiz tijdens Semana Santa. Het was fijn dat Cristina al een boekje en kaart met daarin alle processies had klaarliggen. Ondanks dat er af en toe een frisse wind was, hebben wij vaak op het balkon met schitterend uitzicht over de haven gezeten. Gezwommen bij Playa la Caleta. Cristina is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben het er heel fijn gehad.

Modern comfort in heart of Cadiz

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Cristina's appartment. It is clean, nice interior, modern kitchen and bathroom. It is situated on the 9th floor with one big terrace overlooking the harbour and a spectacular view on the cruiseschips. On the other side a smaller terrace overlooking the old town of Cádiz. Cristina was very helpful in explaining the appartment and tips on things to see and where to eat. Love to go back.

This is a very clean, modern, top floor apartment (with a lift!) in a very convenient location in Cadiz. It is not our first stay at the property and, as usual, the communication with Cristina, the owner, was excellent. The apartment overlooks the cruise ship moorings and gets sunshine all day on the patio. The property was spotless and has brand new kitchen appliances, everything you need - washing machine, dish washer, etc.. It is a few short minutes walk to many attractions and numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. Being 9 floors up. it also is relatively quiet. Very enjoyable and ideal for couples.

We had a really enjoyable stay in this apartment in Cadiz. It was immaculately clean, very close to the old town which was a beautiful place to walk around, have a meal and a drink. The apartment contained everything you could possibly need for a great holiday and we particularly appreciated having beach umbrellas and towels. The terraces were fantastic and we enjoyed sitting on the front terrace overlooking the port of Cadiz. Cristina was very helpful, met us to let us in and explained everything to us. I would definitely stay there again. I don't think you'd find anywhere better in Cadiz!

Un appartement plein de charme idéalement situé !

Cristina nous a réservé un excellent accueil et donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour notre séjour. L'appartement est merveilleusement bien situé, en première ligne sur le port de Cadix, avec 2 très grandes terrasses au dernier étage. Tous les monuments du centre ville sont accessibles à pied. La décoration est chaleureuse et de très bon goût, parquet au sol, jolis tableaux, literie très confortable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Cadiz, un grand merci à Cristina pour sa confiance, nous reviendrons !

Wonderful experience from start to finish

All communication from Cristina was very useful and fast responses were always given. At the check-in, Cristina spend a lot of time showing us around, she also provided a lot of useful local information, maps, recommendations, etc. The apartment is in a fantastic location, it is well furnished and equipped with everything you would ever need. Very clean throughout, we could not have asked for more. We have already booked our next trip.

Estancia sin comparación en Cádiz

No hay mejor sitio donde quedarse en Cádiz. La casa tiene todo lo que uno necesita (y más!) para pasar unos días agradables. Se nota que era la casa donde la dueña vivía porque tiene todos los detalles que facilitan una estancia agradable--es un verdadero hogar. La dueña nos recibió y la comunicación era muy fácil. Nos dio buenas recomendaciones de restaurantes. Hay tranquilidad total en el apartamento. Ya que está en el noveno piso, la vista desde los 2 balcones son fabulosas (hay prismáticos si uno quiere usarlos). Y es todo un lujo ducharse viendo la catedral! Cuando vuelva a Cádiz, me quedaré aquí otra vez, sin dudarlo. Una de mis mejores estancias en apartamentos alquilados en los últimos 10 años.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is of the highest quality and very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the home. The bedding and towels are good quality and there are two terraces with fantastic views over the port and over the city. The location is great for the old town but also 10 minutes at the most from the train and bus stations. Cristina was there to meet me at a time of my choosing. And Cádiz is fantastic so you have everything you could want.

Wonderful views

The views from Cristina’s apt are beautiful; the port view from one side and a view overlooking the Old Town on the other. With so many windows the light is amazing! The terrace is very large and so nice to have a space to sit in the sun and relax, even in March. There is a sun room which also serves as the dining area which is sunny and warm!The location is convenient to all sights. The area is quiet and so is the building. It was convenient to be able to drop off luggage before check in and then meet with Cristina for all the details.The apt is comfortable and furnished with all the necessities. Cristina was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.We certainly recommend Cristina’s lovely apt!

Terrific apartment in an authentic Spanish City

we loved our 3 week stay in this lovely penthouse apartment. The location cannot be beat. Close to the ferry and train station yet bordering the old town. The apartment is on the 9th floor with commanding views from two terraces. One one side, view of the industrial port and morning sunrises and from the other patio terrace, views of the old town, cathedral and rooftops all the way to the Atlantic and nightly sunsets . Simply stunning. You can walk anywhere in about 10 minutes.The apartment is very well appointed. You will find everything you need to cook and be comfortable during your stay. Great place

Nice big patio overlooking the harbor, and a small deck for a view of the city. Plenty of room with a well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Good location too. Cadiz is pretty small. We took the city bus when we got tired and that works well. Cristina met us and spent a lot of time showing us the apartment and talking about the town.

The pictures do not do the apartment justice. It is a large beautifully decorated apartment, equipped with everything you could possibly want. Great place to stay!

We stayed at this location for approximately 15 days! Its location is great for walking Cadiz. Restaurants were very close, actually everything was. Train & Bus stations were just a couple of minutes walk from place. Views were awesome! Would diffidently stay here again!
