Kathy, what a horrid review of untrue events. As stated - we would have loved to know about any issues you may have had and would have been more than willing and happy to address anything that needed attention if you would have simply reached out to us during your stay as opposed to just sending us a refund request one week after checkout. We have never received a review like this and our previous guests have enjoyed the space without hassle. As this is our livelihood, we feel that this could have been assessed with a more professional and civil approach. Very disheartening and distasteful. Again, we would have been happy to assist in sending crew or coming onsite personally to address anything needing attention as guest comfort and experience is our top priority.
