Staff was excellent, valet parking is very helpful. The room is clean and nicely maintained. However, ventilation is so so and room is a little stuffy. We opened the windows for better ventilation. Location is excellent as very central, and right across all the points of interest

The aggressive Africans pushing their trinkets at every outdoor restaurant took much away from our experience. Hotel was nice, rooms clean, and the locals very pleasant.

Very good location. No parking facilities in the property but easy find a parking quite near. In five mins walking you can reach all the major monuments of the city.

Voy a ser crítico (bueno y malo) dado el precio que pagamos: Bueno:Limpio y organizado. En general descansamos bien y la chica de la entrada era bastante simpática. Malo: Dado el precio que pagamos no nos prepararon la habitación para dos adultos y dos niños. Las almohadas eran súper grandes y no tenían almohadas bajas para gente normal y la pedimos. El agua salía fría y caliente con la incomodidad que supone al pegarte el baño. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba tan bien como esperábamos y la tapa del baño se rompió aunque lo arregle. Pagar 950 euros por tres días de alojamiento me parece exagerado y se aprovechan de los turistas en un mes de agosto que lo asumo pero tengo que ser sincero con lo que recibo como contrapartida.

We booked 2 suits one for 2 adults & 2 kids and another one for 2 adults and one of our children, they did not have any of the towels or the sleeping sofa’s sheets for the kids or our child, the staff claimed that Expedia didn’t inform them about any of the other guests except the four adults for the 2 suits. The bathrooms has no shampoo or any things except a soap dispense. The swimming pool was not working. The staff member at the reception was not cooperative. I think they could have better communication and better service, unfortunately we will never go back to this hotel. We love Cadiz, Malaga and Spain and the Spanish people but unfortunately we had the first bad experience in Spain in this hotel.

Die Anlage war schon beim Eintritt beeindruckend. Das Personal empfing uns sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist im alten Stil, aber die Appartements sehr neu und modern ausgestattet. Ob man wirklich kochen kann mit der Küchenausstattung, können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir leider nur eine Nacht dort waren. Das Bad war auch sehr schön. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, mit dem Parken hatten wir großes Glück und auch recht günstig. Ansonsten sieht das schwierig aus, wie in vielen spanischen Städten. Vom Dach des Hauses hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Stadt und Hafen. Sogar mit Pool und Liegen.

Great location and nice rooms
Great location, walkable to everything, comfortable and spacious living room and bedroom. Bathroom a little small. Great roofdeck with pool. Front desk was super helpful with things to do, places to eat and drink. No parking at hotel but was a close, easy walk and inexpensive. 24 hour laundry on site and machines worked well, don't do big loads because it takes awhile to dry. Would definitely stay again!

This place was a unique and wonderful blend of old and new. To start, you enter through the doorway of what was once the mansion or palace of some 17th or 18th century Gaditano. It sets a scene (probably not wheelchair friendly.) The hotel is organized around the central courtyard of the original house, resulting in a lovely atrium with interesting historical details. By contrast, the room was fully modern and recently renovated with a very nice bathroom. We didn't use the kitchenette to cook, but it was fully stocked with everything we would have needed, and having the fridge, sink and dishes was very useful. The place was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and terrace on the roof. All the sights were close by.

Séjour au-delà de nos attentes
Excellent endroit pour y demeurer plus de quelques jours, bien situé et très propre. L’accueil est très chaleureux et les deux personnes rencontrées à l’accueil très serviables, aidantes et calmes. Un gros merci! Suggestions : un grand miroir en hauteur dans la chambre, un crochet pour le linge dans la salle de bain et des ciseaux.

Me gustó la situación, la limpieza, lo agradable de la limpiadora. No me gustó nada que cuando llegamos no había nadie. No podíamos entrar, entonces llamamos al teléfono que ponía fuera, nos dijeron que llamásemos con los nudillos fuertemente, Entonces nos abrieron. Cómo es posible que no hubiese un timbre??. La señorita que nos abrió, muy atenta, por cierto. Es lógico que si saben que van unos huéspedes que tengan la puerta abierta ya que había alguien dentro. Al salir dejamos las maletas en consigna ya que el tren a Madrid salía a las 18 horas, dije que las recogería a las 16 horas, me contestaron que a esa hora no habría nadie, y que iban a preguntar porque la que estaba allí, y salía a las 14:30 y que nos llamarían para que pudíésemos recogerlas y solucionarlo. Me pidieron el número de móvil para avisarnos. Al no llamarnos llamé yo; me dijo que había surgido un problema y que la sustituiría no podía ir. Entonces quedamos a las 15:30 porque ella tenía que irse a otros apartamentos. Pienso que una entidad como los hoteles de esta categoría, deberían tener resuelto estas situaciones. Ya hemos estado alojados muchas veces en los hoteles Eurostar. Agradeciendo su atención.

Fin de semana perfecto!!
Complejo ubicado en el casco antiguo de Cádiz. Los apartamentos son espectaculares, tuvimos una pequeña incidencia con el apartamento asignado en la reserva y nos realojaron en otro de mayor importe rápidamente sin ningún suplemento. La chica de recepción muy atenta y cordial facilitando la estancia a los huéspedes. Volveremos a repetir.

Great hotel, quiet as we were at the back. Cadiz is problematic for parking, it would be great if the hotel provided a recommendation of where to park within east walking distance if the hotel, it is not possible to stop at the hotel in a car as it’s on a narrow one way street.

El edificio integra modernidad dentro de una estructura clásica. Si buscas vivir el centro de Cádiz, excelente opción. El desayuno justo en frente, en Cicuta, genial. Preguntar por Manuel. Lo único malo, el aire acondicionado. El del salón demanda mucho y le resta a las habitaciones.

The two bedroom duplex was such a nice change from a traditional small hotel room for our family of 4 which includes two teens. Everything was very clean and the rooftop/pool views beautiful! The girl at reception was so kind and helpful, however we wish someone would have been available more than a few hours each day. We were unable to get the ac to work during the one night we stayed, but there wasn't anyone available to ask for help unless we called an emergency number. We also had no cell reception in the room and the wifi connection was very weak and went out every couple minutes. As we had a little bit of work, studies, and trip planning that needed to be completed during our stay, it was challenging to have to leave the room to do so. It's possible this issue was unique to the duplex, yet we personally wouldn't stay here again unless we didn't need/want any access to our phones and internet.

Vi endte her helt tilfeldig. Lekkert, stort rom med åpent kjøkken, sofa, stor seng. Nytt delikat bad. Herlig takterasse med basseng og utsikt. Veldig hyggelig dame i resepsjonen som anbefalte restaurant Mimu food and friends! Noe av det beste!

Moderne Appartements mit ringhörigen Fenstern
Moderne Appartements mit schöner Dachterrasse. Unsere Schlafzimmer waren im 1. Stock zur Strasse hin, so wurden wir nachts mehrmals durch laute Nachtschwärmern geweckt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern.

Very clean and central. Cold charmless the only gif a roll of loo paper. No services, water, soapetc. Swimming 3 feet Od warm water I was afraid of infection!! Really horrible and it was €260 per night rip off. Felt really had!’ Cadiz was absolutely lovely. Will return!!!

On a eu un appartement au rez de chaussée, avec les fenêtres qui donnaient accès sur le patio en face de la réception. Bien que neuf , la ventilation était insuffisante, et l’appartement humide tout le temps (serviettes et sol de la salle de bain jamais secs). Bien que nous ayez eu un discount après s être plaint, nous n avons pas supporté rester plus longtemps et avons changé d établissement. Personne ne peut dormir dans une « boite noire humide ».
