Two-Bedroom Apartment for Mid-Term Stays in Cádiz:
Fully equipped ground-floor apartment, ideal for minimum stays of 61 nights. The property features two bedrooms, one double bed and two single beds, as well as two full bathrooms, a living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

It is a perfect option for relocated workers, digital nomads or families looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in Cádiz. The apartment includes a practical desk for remote work, Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.

For families with young children, a cot and high chair are available upon request.

The booking includes a cleaning service with a change of bed linen and towels every 15 days.

Important Information
Pets are not allowed.

The accommodation is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a financial penalty.

Parties and events are not permitted.

Access to the apartment:
Key collection takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at our office, located at Calle Argantonio 10, Office 1.

To complete the check-in, we will need the identification documents of all guests and the rental agreement must be signed.

If your arrival is scheduled after 8:00 p.m., please let us know in advance so we can send you the key collection instructions.

Deposit:
A security deposit of €600 will be required upon arrival as a guarantee.

The deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 72 hours after check-out, once the apartment has been inspected and cleaned, provided that no damage or breach of the accommodation rules has occurred.
