Bonjour Monsieur,Merci d'avoir pris le temps d'écrire ce commentaire.Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à toutes vos attentes. Nous disposons de double vitrage (triple vitrage au 1er étage), mais étant en plein centre-ville il y a régulièrement des bruits extérieurs. Concernant le chauffage de la salle petit-déjeuner, nous avons effectivement un moteur de renfort lors de "grand" froid qui est tombé en panne et la salle petit-déjeuner en pâti. Nous avons depuis ajouté des radiateurs pour réchauffer la salle petit-déjeuner en attendant la réparation.Nous espérons que vous nous laisserez une seconde chance afin de vous proposer une meilleure expérience.Bien cordialement,Laure/ La Réception
