Gentile ospite, la ringrazio per la sua recensione. Con orgoglio le voglio comunicare che in trenta anni di attività in questo albergo, lei è la prima persona che ha trovato "difficile da trovare". Più di mille persone ogni anno e le innumerevoli recensioni affermano l'esatto suo contrario. L'unica spiegazione plausibile è che lei abbia usato il navigatore satellitare facendole fare un percorso errato. Per quanto riguarda l'albergo, in effetti la camera dove lei ha alloggiato era situata al primo piano senza ascensore. L'albergo non è dotato di ascensore, si trova in un palazzo storico del 1800 e ..."due scale non hanno mai fatto male a nessuno". Thanks for your review, this will serve to improve us. You've been four nights and you never told me anything. you could go out and enter when you wanted, at all hours (even at night!). Breakfast is not included.. the room is cleaned every day but if your friend, when she came back from the beach, dirty it, it's not our responsibility. You stained the sheets and the blood mattress. we can not allow guests arriving after you, to sleep on a bloodstained mattress. We bought a new mattress. I asked you to pay the damage you have caused, this has determined your rancorous review. Best Regards
