It is located in a residential area of the city of Cagliari. In this apartment, you will feel relaxed and comfortable. The balcony is a small nursery, protected from bad weather and ideal for outdoor breakfasts.

▶ The double bedroom with single beds has a comfortable ensuite bathroom, and the double bedroom with one bed has another private bathroom. For those who want, it is possible to add a cot or a baby cot for a total of 5 guests (2 doubles + 2 singles + cot/baby cot).

▶ The kitchen and living room areas consist of a large open space, with a 6-seater table, a relaxation corner with a sofa, books, board games, and a piano for music lovers. The house has a total area of 75 m2.
