Very hard communicating with property manager to gain entrance after 8:30 PM; then dimly lit in building interior. Room was decent and served the purpose. Didn’t know elevator was operative until I heard it from inside room. Very hard to climb stairs with luggage; no handrails. Location near ship dock is a draw.

Ottima posizione, struttura non all'altezza
Hotel in ottima posizione. Le foto non rispecchiano a pieno la stanza. All'arrivo alla reception non ci ha accolto nessuno e durante il soggiorno non c'era mai nessuno presente. La stanza ci è stata consegnata in ritardo rispetto all'orario stabilito e non venivano effettuate giornalmente le pulizie.

Gentile Ospite lei forse ha prenotato un altra tipologia di camera rispetto alle foto sul sito web ci sono varie foto di tutte le stanze molto spesso succede che vengano prenotate le camere standard pensando di aver prenotato la superiorper quanto riguarda l'accoglienza a seconda del orario non abbiamo una reception 24h in realtà da noi i check in vengono concordati in anticipo e molto spesso eseguite in self check le stanze vengono sempre consegnate dopo le 15.00 e per quanto riguarda la pulizie giornaliera viene eseguito se viene esposto il cartello di richiesta fuori dalla porta a prestoGeanina

The Expedia website stated that check-in was 2pm to 6pm only as no reception desk. We arrived at 2:10 pm there was no one there. I had to phone them, they said that the check in was actually after 3pm. This made things difficult as parking in the area is very difficult. Eventually I got them to come at 2:45. The room was then not ready. I had chosen this accommodation as it said free parking was nearby. The gentleman that met me at the property said that was wrong, there was no free parking in the area. After waiting in one of the car parks we did get pay parking but this took time. We had paid for breakfast, I do not recommend this as breakfast was 1 cup of coffee or tea and a dry cheese and ham sandwich. The rooms were in a good location but I think you can find better close by for the price.

fantastic location
Great location on the marina front with lots of shops and cafés within metres of the front door. Building is in a 'tired' condition, but otherwise fine. Our room was at the front of the building which meant that there was quite a lot of traffic noise early on during weekdays, but amazingly quiet at weekend. The owner and room service assistants were helpful and weren't too fussed about us being a bit late for our check out. Parking our hire car was a bit of an issue initially, since there is no designated parking as the description infers. At first we paid for parking directly across the road (free between 20:00 and 09:00 - if you can get a space!) But later opted to park down Viable Cristoforo Colombo, a 5 minute walk away, for free. Loads of great beaches within an hour's drive which were very quiet in October.

Chambre charmante
Logement très bien situé. Chambre très confortable. L'hôtesse était charmante, elle a su nous renseigner sur les restaurants et a même fait la réservation du restaurant pour nous. Un petit bémol sur le manque de luminosité : la fenêtre donne sur une cour intérieure avec des équipements techniques donc un volet cache cette fenêtre. Si vous vous promenez toute la journée et que vous revenez à la nuit tombée, cela n'est pas gênant.

Hotel muy céntrico con personal muy atento
Hotel en pleno centro histórico, con nevera y caja fuerte, toallas y sombrillas para playa. Habitación y baño espaciosos y cómodos, aunque se oía bastante el ruido de la calle. Nos costaba un poco aparcar por la zona y el desayuno, en el bar de abajo, era continental y muy poco variado. Sin embargo el dueño, Marco, amabilísimo, estaba siempre disponible, nos aconsejó muy bien sobre visitas y nos ayudó a reservar varias excursiones. Calidad-precio buena.

Superbe sejour
Chambre grande, spacieuse et propre. Marco et sa compagne sont de supers hôtes, chaleureux et accueillants. L'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du port, des restaurants et des boutiques. Ce fut un agréable séjour. Merci.

Great location for a first visit to Cagliari!
B&B had a fantastic location. We found our accommodation easily with our rental car from the airport. Room was ready at noon so we were able to check-in right away. We met the owner Marco who gave us a number of good recommendations for restaurants, etc. If you are arriving by car there is free parking across the road from the hotel. Be careful not to park in the "port" parking which is also available in front of the hotel, as you will have to pay. As the B&B is located on the 1st floor we would recommend that you ask for a room at the back of the hotel. Wifi reception was poor. To get a better signal you had to leave your room and go into the hall. Our overall stay was very pleasant and we would stay at this B&B again for a short visit.

Ideal location and easy trip to airport!
We ended up loving this room right on the edge of the old Marina section of town, easily accessible to both the Castella and the airport, but also a fun and very safe area to explore itself, with good, reasonably priced restaurants in abundance. At first we struggled to find parking but the TIP is to go just east two short blocks beyond the destination, and there is a small lot on the same side with lots of turnover of spaces, for tickets that can be purchased for 24 hours. The entrance didn't hint at what a nice set of well designed rooms with great bathrooms lay behind the entry door, up a charming old lift. Our room was bright, quiet, a good modern A/C unit, and an unusually comfortable mattress. We were met promptly by a lovely, very friendly and helpful young woman who made check in easy. Our stay there was a great success, in magnificent Sardinia where no one ever said one unkind word to us and all went out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend.

delizioso albergo vicino al porto
All'arrivo ho trovato una stanza deliziosa dopo un paio di giorni mi è stata chiesta la disponibilità a cambiare stanza ho trovato la nuova sistemazione ancora più confortevole e gradevole della prima. Il gestore era gentile e professionale, vicino all'hotel tutti i bus per spostarsi senza la macchina . Una esperienza positiva che spero di ripetere magari portando anche la mia famiglia. Ottima sistemazione bella città la consiglierò sicuramente.

Three days in Cagliari
Room was clean, modern and had everything we needed for our trip. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The building it is in seems a bit run down but that's Cagliari a working town. If using your car watch the parking I got a ticket and on very unclearly marked space still not sure why? This isn't the hotels fault of course.

Völlig in Ordnung, nur...
Eine Wohnung in einem alten Haus wurden umgebaut. Nun gibt es hier ein paar Hotelzimmer mit eigenem Bad/Dusche in stylishem und sehr gutem Zustand. Der Gastwirt ist auch extrem nett, zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Es gibt nur ein Problem: die Umgebung ist ziemlich hell und ziemlich laut. Vor einem Fenster hängt direkt die ganze Nacht über eine grelle Straßenbeleuchtung. Wir haben daraufhin ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Für alle, die nicht zu viel Wert auf geruhsamen Schlaf legen, also völlig in Ordnung und zu empfehlen!
