Sogno deludente
Scelto il giorno stesso del pernottamento con grandissimi aspettative. Saliti con ascensore allultimo piano, siamo entrati in questa camera venduta come sogno.Ebbene,l'unica cosa bella era la vista sulla città, apprezzata con il buoio ma ancor di piu la mattina al risveglio. Camera standard, priva di prodotti da bagno e altri confort menzionati invece nella descrizione della camera (ciabatte camera,wifi e colazione continentale). Il bagno, davvero molto piccolo, si presenta con un lavabo instabile, usurato e con muffa diffusa. Letto standard. Optional? Nessuno. Prezzo per notte "scontato" 125€. Passiamo alla colazione: sul sito, compare colazione continentale inclusa. Chiediamo dove avremmo potuto farela. Facile, al bar sottostante l'edificio, con il voucher colazione che ci era stato fornito. Posto molto carino e camerieri eccezionali. Mostriamo il nostro voucher e ci dicono che ci sarebbe spettata una colazione italiana: caffe e croissant. Contattiamo l'host chiedendo se fosse effetivamente così, dato che avevamo pagato per un servizio diverso. Ci è stato risposto che il sito non era aggiornato. Parlando con il cameriere invece, veniamo a scoprire che in realtà esistono 3 diversi tipi di voucher da 2, 7 e 10euro...che a quanto pare vengono distribuiti sulla base di una scelta a discrzione dell'host.Quello da 10euro era quello che avremmo dovuto avere noi per la colazione continentale e non solo per caffè e brioches. Insomma,tutto un bluff e l'host non ci ha più risposto!

If looking for central location which is reasonably priced, clean and quiet then this should be given a good check. Breakfast is provided by a cafe/restaurant across the street but has no time limit..breakfast is coffee, fresh orange juice and toast, anything else on menu is extra..tokens are provided by KK staff. Below the rooms (based on floor 9 served by small elevator lift) is a small supermarket for any drinks or other things you need, the room has a small fridge. Train station is a 6-7 minute walk. Tour bus is outside cafe opposite, taxi rank and city bus also outside.

Établissement idéalement situé dans le centre ville de Cagliari, à l’angle d’une place animée de restaurants et menant directement à de nombreux magasins ou monuments à visiter à seulement quelques minutes à pieds. Également tout près de la gare de Cagliari pour une arrivée et un départ en toute simplicité, mais aussi de la station de bus pour visiter le reste de la Sardaigne. Chambre très moderne et parfaitement propre avec une superbe vue sur la ville et la mer. Propriétaires très agréables et très gentilles, toujours prêtes à faciliter notre arrivée ou notre départ. Établissement hautement recommandé pour les personnes voulant visiter Cagliari et ses environs ! Parfait !

Claudia and Sabina were very friendly and helpful. The room is beautiful, confortable and cosy. The hotel is near to many restaurants, train and bus station ! Perfect place to spend good holidays ! Grazie Claudia e Sabina !
