'We were very happy with our accommodation. Easy check in and checkout. Excellent communication. Very clear instructions. This is the perfect place for large groups to rent because the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the downstairs are three separate studio apartments with two queens. 'Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice. I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!'

'Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.'

'This property has everything you could need for any length of stay, and if it was lacking anything, Nelson took care of it. There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable. The air conditioners in the bedrooms make sleeping so nice & if you want an expert to take you and your group on a tour of almost anyplace on the island, Nelson does that - and at a great rate!!
