'This apartment is lovely and in a safe, convenient neighborhood. I loved spending the cooler mornings and evenings on the rooftop with my tea and a book. It was easy to get to/from the airport and pick up Ubers to/from the location. There is a grocery with everything and a lovely restaurant just around the corner. It is a lovely, private space to enjoy Cairo from. Ehab, the host, is very kind and responsive on WhatsApp. '

'There was a little mix up with the confirmed booking to start with, which appears to be the company’s fault. However our host was amazing and immediately jumped in the help with the problem. He helped us with navigating the area and even exchanging money for local currency. 'This property is listed by ebookers as being 0.01m from tahrir square. I booked with filters on as for a first short trip I wanted to be close to some attractions. Turns out this place is over a half an hour cab away from there and pretty much in the middle of nowhere. When I arrived, the taxi couldn’t find the property as it was in such a random location and then to add to that they couldn’t find my booking and demanded payment so took a few hours to sort this out.
