Das hotel enspricht nicht Dir Beschreibung auf expedia seite Das hotel ist eigentlich nicht geeignet für Übernachtungen es ist nicht mal wert für hostel Sehr sehr alt Badezimmer ist fast unbenutzbar häne duche sind am zerfallen natürlich den boden auch Klimaanlage sind sehr alt und den teil im Zimmer ist sehr schmutzig/würde vom expedia Seite wegnehmen

it is less than a 3 three star hotel
1- this was not a 4 star hotel, but barely 2 star hotel 2- the air condition was blowing dust and small peices of dirt 3- the mattress was dirty and had spots on it, and the blanket was ripped 4- the food was not fresh, and the orange juice was colored water with orange color 5-the faust in the bathroom was leaking and every time I used it the water runs to the floor 6- A small area rug was so old and beat up and so the furniture

Very old property, shady rooms, seems not renowned since last 30 yrs. Poor lighting into the rooms. No one understands English, asking something from room service is a big challenge. No proper house keeping, no-one cleans the room until you ask for, no tags for laundry, clean etc. No electric kettle or iron into the rooms.

After a late check in at 3:15 while i arrived at 2:25 i get my room with no towels, second day they only put 1 set of towel, where we were 2 persons. Not so clean the room is with no view, the hotel under construction. I feel bad in this time

I didn’t use any of the drinks and food in my room fridge, but the hotel insisted on missing 1 chocolate and 1 can of Coke. Finally, my fianc is worried that the time of the plane will be late, and we will pay to go! To tell the truth, I have snacks and drinks in my suitcase. Candies, biscuits and chocolates from different countries will not be used by the hotel because I am still better than them. I also used my own towels, showers, etc. I didn't use the hotel at all. The hotel didn’t check it out. Before we checked out, a cleaning fat lady on the 7th floor ran to ask if my room was retiring. I said yes, maybe the hotel worker sneaked out to steal food. The hotel had forced the guest to pay without checking the truth.

اتمنى من الجميع قراءة ما سأكتبه بتمعن
الموظفين بيحاولو جاهدين يخدموك ولكن مقومات الفندق سيئه الغرف قديمه الاثاث قديم ومتهالك جدا. الدور السادس فقط مجدد ولا يبلغوك الا لو حاولت تلغي حجزك كما حصل معايا النوافذ سيئه ليس بها عازل و زحمة الشارع تقلق منامك الفطور لا بأس به مناسب حسب قيمة الفندق. لاتوجد مياه مجانيه. سخان الماء بالطلب لعمل الشاهي او النسكافيه. السرير المزوج صغير. جدا الحمام صغير. المياه الساخنه عند الاستحمام فجأه تصبح بارده مع ان الجو بارد في فترتي هذه. تجربه لن تتكرر ابدا مع هذا الفندق مع إحترامي للموظفين لم يقصرو معايا اتمنى لهم فنادق اعلى مستوى من هذا الفندق لا يصلح للعوائل مع اطفال لضيق الغرف. بصفه عامه الفندق يحتاج لتجديد كامل من الارضي للاخير لان الموقع جميل لكن خساره مع فندق مثل هذا
