Als Vielreisender möchte ich dem sehr gut geführten Hotel die Note 1 geben. Alles mehr als Stimmig, sehr freundliches, gästeorientiertes, gastronomisch sehr gut geschultes Personal, sehr gute Bar- und Poolbar und einhergehend tolles Personal. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, 10 Minuten zum Flughafen, kein Fluglärm, geräumige, schöne und gepflegte Zimmer, wenn auch etwas(aber nicht schlimm) in die Jahre gekommen, viele Shopping- und Kulinarikmöglichkeiten direkt ums Eck. Sofort wieder!!! An das gesamte Team "Shokran" für die schöne Zeit

I didn't like that at checkout, they refused to take Egyptian Pounds to clear the room service bill which was billed in EGP. We were asked to provide a receipt from the bank showing where we exchanged USD for EGP. This was unexpected, having been in Egypt for 10 days, we didn't experience this at any other hotel either in Cairo or Hurghada.

My check in was very good. After that things went downhill drastically! I had to change rooms 4x in 2 days. Even if the hotel was overbooked, they should not sell rooms with broken A/C, noisy water pipes, flooding in bathrooms, and filthy bathtub residue in the suite, PLUS heavy smoke permeating a “ no smoking “ room! I experienced all of the above in each room they moved me to until the fourth one. I would not recommend this hotel. It needs a complete overhaul! On a good note, I had a very good experience in the hair salon. They were very professional.
