Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en netjes. Kamer was heel mooi en een fijn bed en de badkamer fantastisch! Een heerlijk zwembad en lekker ontbijt.

Prima hotel voorzien van all gemakken!
Mooie ruime en schone kamers voorzien van uitstekende bedden. Het hotel heeft een groot zwembad, sauna en fitness. De restaurants hebben voor ieder wat wils.

hotel in nieuw Cairo minder milieuvervuiling
Hotel bijzonder geschikt voor minder validen. Minder trapjes dan naast gelezen Marriott. Nieuw Cairo city dichtbij Airport en voldoende restaurant activiteit binnen hotel. Ontbijtbuffet geweldig. Reizen naar toeristische activiteiten vergen erg lange trip met soort Über taxi. Goedkoop. Zorg wel voor lokale Simkaart en kennis van Engels en beetje Arabisch is aan te bevelen.

Professioneel Hotel zoals een reiziger zich wenst
UIitermate vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Uitstekende service en follow-up van alles. IK ben een zeer ervaren business reiziger over de hele wereld, maar eigenlijk was dit hotel toch wel een van de betere ervaringen. Niet zozeer de ligging, maar het personeel is zondermeer uitzonderlijk goed.

I just stayed here for a few hours during a layover and loved this place so much! It was comfy, they had excellent customer service and was easy to get to. The only cons were I didn’t realize the shuttle for airport pickup had to be arranged days in advance- so I caught a taxi. Also the water in the room wasn’t very hot - I let them know this during checkout and they said they’d take it up with management. The only other thing is I believe you have to call to reserve your pet before hand and it is almost impossible to get through when you are calling from abroad.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with huge variety of options. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. I wouldn’t have seen the best of Cairo without the help of their amazing navigator Abdo. He was helpful in every away!!! Thumbs up Abdo and thank you for your hospitality. Looking forward to visiting your hotel again soon.

Superbe hôtel vraiment beau majestueux ,personnel agréable ,extérieur magnifique : MAIS EN TRAVAUX…. Donc marteaux piqueurs en bord de piscine TOUTE la journée …HÔTEL.COM aurait dû s assurer de ce gros point noir qui ne date pas d hier au vu du prix des chambres !!! Et qui va durer selon l hôtel …

This was my husband and I first visit to Cairo Egypt and we loved it. The renaissance is in a safe area and I loved how the added security coming into the hotel and through the front doors. I felt safe. Pool was gorgeous and the cuisine was great but different. Love they had America food to choose from as well. We will return to this hotel and fabulous city. Thank Egypt for the welcome.
