De staff was zeer profesioneel, vriendelijk en attent. Het spa gedeelte vonden we heel sumier. Een koud bad en enkel een Turks bad, helaas geen sauna. Het ontbijtbuffet werd steeds vers aangevuld en had een ruime selectie. Bovendien was het mogelijk om a la carte te bestellen. Wij kunnen dit hotel ten zeerste aanbevelen.'

'Très bonne adresse sue Ciutadella, tout proche de l’ultra centre de cette très jolie ville. La chambre que j’ai eue était très bon marché, un peu atypique, très confortable et calme avec un accès direct à une terrasse tout aussi agréable. Possibilité d’utiliser une cuisine très bien équipée et un salon TV tout aussi cosy. Accueil simplifié au maximum pour nous rendre la vie facile. Vraiment une bonne surprise ! Merci '

'La location è fantastica! Le tre piscine sono una manna dal cielo soprattutto al tramonto. I tramonti sono spettacolari una location veramente unica! La colazione è varia e abbondante, puoi farti anche i panini per il pranzo a sacco. La cena anche varia, non è una roba eccezionale come cena, ma c’è molta scelta e riesci a saziarti. Importante recarsi a colazione e cena quanto prima. Se si va tardi si trova poco e freddo. '

'Le self-checkin n'est pas au point et très fastidieux. Assurez-vous bien avant d'arriver d'envoyer un email et de bien avoir le code d'accès, sans quoi vous restez sur le trottoir comme nous et trois autres personnes.
