'Great stay for a great price. Communication was clear and thorough. Location was perfection! However, it was insanely loud and busy. We had a woman yelling all day and night. As it's in the centre of the city, we just had to put up with it. We spent the whole day and night out and about. It was just a lot when it came to night time sleep. 'We loved staying here. Right in the heart of historic Palma but so very quiet. Lovely little outside space to enjoy a coffee. The apartment was very well equipped and everything worked well. Only problem we encountered was receiving the checkin information despite many emails and texts requesting it. We didn’t receive the information until we touched down in Palma. 'The apartment is quite Spartan,however ,everything one requires,is there and more importantly,everything works. 'We had a wonderful week’s stay in Palma, made all the better with our excellent accommodation. From the beginning the communication was perfect, clear instructions for check in made the arrival smooth. Big shout out for Gina! Who was also a great help with our luggage storage on checkout day. "We had a great week at El Cid. The hotel is perfectly located next to the beach, nearby many nice restaurants and super close to a bus stop from which you can get to Palma in 15 minutes. The staff extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. For the people wondering whether it's a con to be so close to the airport: during the whole week there was only one airplane that flew directly overhead. The rest was so far away that you usually couldn't even hear them, so you won't be bothered by this."
