'Amenities were great. Cottage was very small - couldn’t move around very much with three people. Check-in with owner was dreadfully long and unnecessary. Took half an hour to “check-in” and be shown how everything worked. High point of choosing this location was the use of the pool and hot tub. Took an hour and a half for the owner to further “clean” the debris from the pool (wearing only his shorts!) and by the time he was done we gave up on the hot tub and my daughter and I only had a few...

'Moldy shower, broken blinds, dirty surfaces and super uncomfortable living room furniture for a few. Most egregiously the host did not answer any of the 3 messages I sent nor would they contact VRBO when they tried. We arrived late spent one night and left. '

'The house was good for what we needed and very clean, which is the most important thing to me. We liked the central Laurel Canyon location. The host was communicative and friendly. The third “bedroom” is in the basement and down a spiral staircase, which we likely didn’t read on the listing. The street getting there is only wide enough for one car due to people parking on it so it was an adventure every time we had to traverse down it. Loved having a garaged for our rental car! '

'The owner was very responsive and explained everything in detail. Parking was challenging. Out of the 5 nights we were only able to park in front 2 times. Bedroom closest to back patio, bed was really soft with a “dip.” The shower was too short and hard to step in to. We had to use the larger bath and shower.Kitchen was great!
