Begane grond 2BR / 2BA Golf View Condo

Mooie 2Br / 2Ba begane grond-eenheid op de golfbaan, 4-6 personen. Begane grond met uitzicht op de eerste tee van het 27-holes Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. Lichte en luchtige leefruimte met veel zon door de glazen schuifdeuren in de bijgewerkte woonkamer en grote eetkamerramen. De grote slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed, een flatscreen-tv en een bad. De tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 grote bedden, tv, een kitchenette en een eigen badkamer met een bad. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met een ontbijtbar, koffiezetapparaat, vaatwasser en ijsmachine. Wasmachine en droger zijn inbegrepen voor uw gemak. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Gratis WiFi en digitale kabel zijn inbegrepen.

Beschikbare voorzieningen in het resort zijn onder andere 27 holes golf, driving range, binnen- en buitenzwembaden, een bubbelbad, een tennisbaan en een fitnessruimte. Restaurant / bar en pro-shop liggen op een steenworp afstand van de unit.

Condo is gunstig gelegen op slechts enkele minuten van Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach en het centrum van Calabash. Je zult ook minder dan 30 minuten naar het hart van de activiteiten in Myrtle Beach zijn, waaronder Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach en Tanger Outlet Mall.

Fantastic location and all that goes with it!

This condo was just spotless, perfectly equipped, and our communication with the owner was so easy and helpful. We walked to the golf clubhouse, it is just minutes from great seafood, and the check in/check out procedures were clear and VERY easy. I hope we have the opportunity to stay there again!

Great Location for older individuals

We stayed at this location with another couple. We were all able to have our private space, first floor, no climbing stairs. While we did not do any cooking, we very well could have cooked and served with ease. Will stay here again.

The apartment is very nice, in a big neighborhood, it has modern furniture and located on the first floor, the outside seating area was nice and also the games for the kids. The owner was responsive and helped right away when we came in and the sink was clogged from the cleaners. The cons: the description says “minutes from the beach” that is highly inaccurate, the closest beach is 20+ min away. I thought it was close like 5-10 min so that was very misleading. Also I asked if there were beach umbrellas for us to use since my parents are elderly and don’t like Sun, he said yes he has 2. They were both broken and useless to us at the beach. And on the day we checked out there was a cockroach on the headboard of the bedroom, I wish there was a place to upload a picture. I can’t imagine if that would have happened in the middle of the night. I don’t think I would book this property again. But if you play golf or want to go to the pool this place is great!

Quick weekend

Perfect stay!

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo! It's located in a beautiful golf course community (we're not big golfers) but we loved the relaxing environment and enjoyed the pools and gym access. The condo was a 15 min drive to the beach and the owner provided beach chairs and umbrellas which were a nice touch! The condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable! There were a few rainy days so we took advantage of the well stocked board games! We would absolutely Stat here again!

The best stay!

Wow is all I can say. This modern yet very comfortable condo is exactly like the pictures. Super clean! The beds were extremely plush and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen very modern. Walk in shower and jacuzzi tub in lockout. The check in process was easy, I received a very detailed email from the owners. There were umbrellas, beach chairs and everything you’d need in the kitchen! They even had laundry detergent, fabric softener. Etc tho we didn’t use. Table and chairs outside along with two Adirondack chairs on patio. Can’t recommend this condo enough!
