A beautiful, newly restored house located in a prime spot thanks to its natural surroundings. It is a secluded home with no neighbors, surrounded by forests and olive groves where you can find peace and quiet, enjoy a beautiful pool, have barbecues, and spend time with family or friends. Although the property is secluded, in the middle of the countryside, it’s just a 5-minute drive from the Calafell beach area. Ideal for your vacation.

The Space
The house is located on a private property with unobstructed views of the surrounding natural landscape. It’s a spacious, bright accommodation designed so that groups of up to 8 people can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
Outside, you’ll find a spectacular pool where you can cool off, complete with a sun deck and lounge chairs, as well as a pleasant barbecue area for enjoying meals outdoors.
There are three different spaces for dining and sharing good times:
Indoor dining room.
60 m² outdoor terrace with unobstructed views.
Barbecue area next to the pool.
Each area features a large table and enough space for the whole family or group of friends to gather comfortably.

Living room with a sofa, TV, and direct access to the terrace.
Full bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances: glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all the utensils needed for cooking during your stay.

Three very docile and sociable dogs live in the outdoor areas of the property. They are accustomed to people and do not enter the house, but it is important that guests be aware of and accept this situation before making a reservation.
