☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.
☆ Washroom - We provide Kimirica (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Lotion) self-care products at our villa - a luxury brand that makes vegan, cruelty-free, and paraben-free items. Savlon handwash & toilet rolls are provided and replenished.
KITCHEN: There is an indoor commercial kitchen which is exclusively used by our in-house 'Private Chef' - who is well versed in Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking and cannot be used by the general public/guests as it has commercial burners. You can book the chef for an additional cost. We understand guests may wish to cook their own food at the premises so for this reason we have kept an outdoor kitchen with 4 burners with basic utensils for guest to use for no extra cost. In addition, tea/coffee along with a kettle, fridge, toaster and microwave are kept in the living room area along with cutlery, crockery and Beer/ wine/ whiskey/ water glasses.
Book A Chef Experience and Customise Your Meals.
The Chef will take all cooking orders (Indian, Jain, Chinese and Continental cooking) and will ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices, non-veg, etc are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable. Breakfast is from 8am to 10am, Lunch is from 12pm to 2pm and Dinner is from 8pm to 10pm. The chef will only do the cooking and may be accompanied by a helper based on the size of your group. After 10pm overtime charges to be paid to the chef directly.
Party Room -The new PARTY ROOM in the basement is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, a stage, a great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke neon lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
2025 Villa Rules - Main guest to inform all members of the Group -- We know, we know, rules are boring… But these rules ensure that we can provide you and future guests with an amazing experience.
1. No Pets allowed.
2. No Smoking inside the villa.
3. No Large DJ Speaker will be permitted at the villas.
4. STRICTLY NO MUSIC (low/loud) and No Fireworks are allowed outdoors after 9pm. High Court Order. Violators can be charged an INR 1,00,000 fine or asked to leave the premises or imprisonment, or a license revocation. Play music Softly/Sensibly outdoor between 9 am to 9 pm below 55db.
5. NOT ALLOWED WITHOUT GOVT PERMISSION -- Wedding functions, anniversaries, DJ, event’s organizers, large speakers, etc. as special govt permission is required. Call to inquire.
6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.
7. No large/mini buses or Tempo Traveler are allowed to enter/park at our villas.
8. Damages must be paid to the Manager on site who is responsible for the villa inventory.
9. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm.
10. Lastly, because this is an VRBO community not a hotel, and is also my holiday home, please be respectful of the property and treat it as your own home.

OCCUPANCY
VRBO only permits to book for maximum 14 people but with 12 bedrooms we can cater to 30-60 people. The price mentioned is for 24 people based on double occupancy in 12 AC bedrooms, we will lock the additional 5 bedrooms and they wont be used by another party. Any person above 24 will be given a mattress and charged INR 1000 per person per night, this is payable on arrival.
Alternatively if you prefer more bedrooms rather than mattresses please check out our 14 or 16 bedroom listings. Please message us if your group size is above 24 people so we can give you a quote. Please confirm the exact number of people in the message whilst booking, along with the exact age of the children.
There are 3 Superiors Rooms with king-size beds, and 11 Deluxe Rooms consisting of 6 king-size bedrooms and 5 twin bedrooms. You can choose which room you want. Each room is individually named inspired by the beach and sea vibe. These 12 rooms are located on the ground, first and second floor, don't worry there is a lift.
