'Mooie nette hotelkamers in een leuk maar prijzig stadje. Het ontbijt was om 08:30 op. Er was gewoon niets meer te eten behalve wat sneetjes brood zonder beleg en een ei dat op bestelling werd gemaakt. Daar moesten we echter een half uur op wachten en dat viel toen ook nog tegen. Het personeel bij de receptie haalt er de schouders over op. Uiteindelijk ontbijt gehaald bij Walmart. '

'Ontzettend mooie suiteachtige kamer met een bankje en fauteuil, keukenhoekje met magnetron en koffie / thee faciliteiten. Grote make up ruimte met grote spiegels en wastafel. En daarnaast nog een badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafel. Alles blinkend schoon. Fijn zwembad met lekkere ligbedjes, ook weer super netjes. En elke ichtend kofgie en muffins bij de receptie en in de middag koffie en cookies. Tophotel.'

'Wasn’t all that impressed with this Best Western. Would have been nice to have an interior room overlooking the pool instead of a parking lot. The cleaning products used in the room were overly fragranced probably to cover up the smell of pet urine.'

'Most things about the facility were good. For the price, the rooms were clean, quiet, and the air conditioning worked great. Unfortunately one of the two runes that we booked reeked of cigarette smoke and when we tried to go to the front desk to complain about it, person at the desk who may be the manager or owner, blew us off. He even went so far as to apply that it was our fault. It smelled that way because we had opened the windows to try and air it out'

'Cute boutique motel. Outside fire pits and shaded patio seating outside each room was a plus. We don’t have a dog, but they have a cute little dog park as well. '

'Hello, Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but you should now that, when we checked in on the afternoon of Sunday, June 7 (perhaps you can identify him with that information) the young man (with the neatly trimmed beard--more identifying info.) in charge of the reception desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. Maybe you should put him on your management track.'

'I really enjoyed my stay! Everything is brand new. The decor is really nice, and very inviting. The bed was sooooo comfortable, I drifted right off to sleep. Everything worked, everything is new, clean, and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and efficient. 10/10 would book again!'

'Our air conditioning was broken. We had to stay in a hot room until the next morning when they tried to fix it, which they couldn’t. Staff moved us to another room but a few hours later the owner of the hotel wanted us to move back to the other room after he said the air conditioning was fixed. Tiny desk staff was fine the owner was an idiot for confronting us. I would not stay here again. The location is bad I saw several homeless people out front. No security guards.'

'Place was very clean in and out. Staff was friendly and attentive. Only complaint was mattress felt very worn. We recommend bringing your own soap. Their soap was insufficient for one person. Price was fair.'

'The tv did not work and the thermostat did not work. We complained the first night and the staff said they would take care of the complaints. That. Ever happened. Even on check out we asked for a partial credit. We have not heard a thing. Would not recommend this place. Not even coffee in the lobby.'

'I absolutely loved this place. I loved the interior, with a small bench at the window and a hammock outside. The bed was amazing, so big with a puffy duvet. The room had a very quiet AC, and a fireplace which was cute. The pool was great, the service at the pool as well, we had cocktails, wine, charcuterie board and pizza!'

'If you're considering this hotel, just go ahead and book it. It's located directly adjacent to the downtown Paso Robles square, the property is beautiful, and the amenities, sundries, and design details are all expertly curated. The towels are normal size! not the smaller usual hotel size. The beds are comfortable and don't make you over heat (no foam, just comfy feather top). The pillows don't collapse when you use them. They do get flat overnight, but they still support. I'll stay here...

'Beautiful property. Feels like you’re in Italy! Courtyard has fire pits to enjoy at night. Comfortable stay. Restaurant was also a very nice experience. Will definitely stay here again.'
