That said, service consistency was disappointing. I had to wait five days for a linen change, despite using the hotel’s “coaster on the pillow” method. It finally worked on day six — for my bed only, not my kid’s. Also, towel situation was weird: some days we had plenty, some days just one, and one day none at all. It’s a good hotel if you value space and architecture over detail, but for a 4-star rating, the basics should really be tighter."

"Clean, friendly staff. Weird idea to have a windows in the bathroom, with only a see-through curtain. Unconformable with a family of 3 (asked for a sheet, got it no problem, hang it on the curtain, that helped). 20 euro for a dog per night is steep, but you get a bowl, a snack and there's a doggy play area, so, ok. No coffee in the room is embarrassing for this price class. The mini fridge didn't really work. "
