The Ranch House at Valli Hi Angus biedt een ongeëvenaarde Zuidwestelijke Idaho-ervaring op 10 minuten van Caldwell en op slechts 30 minuten van de luchthaven Boise. Dit luxe landhuis ligt aan de rand van Deer Flat Wildlife Refuge, kijkt uit over het prachtige Lake Lowell en Treasure Valley, omlijst door hectare schilderachtige landbouwgrond en omgeven door de nabijgelegen schilderachtige Snake River Canyon Scenic Byway. De prachtige landelijke omgeving bevindt zich op een werkende zwarte angus ranch in het hart van de Snake River Valley AVA en Sunnyslope Wine Trial met 15 wijnmakerijen en wijngaarden, bekroonde wijnen en unieke eetervaringen en proeflokalen.

Met bijna 6.000 vierkante meter aan leefruimte, vier slaapkamers, vier badkamers, twee familiekamers, een grote eetkamer, een zwembadruimte en een verwarmd buitenzwembad, biedt The Ranch comfortabel plaats aan groepen tot 12 personen. Er is genoeg ruimte voor iedereen om zich te verspreiden en games te spelen, films te kijken of gewoon binnen of buiten te ontspannen na een lange dag genieten van Destination Caldwell.

Het Ranch House maakt het gemakkelijk om te genieten van de geweldige Idaho-zomers met een groot verwarmd buitenzwembad, veel loungen bij het zwembad en heel veel ongelooflijke zitplaatsen, allemaal gelegen in een fantastische landelijke omgeving. ZWEMBAD IS ALLEEN OPEN JUNI TOT EN MET SEPTEMBER (afhankelijk van het weer), heeft een automatische afdekzeil en is niet omheind.

Fun Family Getaway!

My family of 5 adults, a 7 yr old, 4 yr old and an 18 month old had a great time at this 5000 sq. foot, mid-century ranch house. Beautifully landscaped property with a heated pool, built-in trampoline, fire pit, ping pong table, pool table, tennis/ pickleball/ basketball court and lots of board games. Our only complaints- lots of dust, some cobwebs and a few dirty kitchen items that were overlooked by the cleaning crew (but not terrible) and although well-equiped, more than 2 people working in the small kitchen would be difficult. Overall, we had a great time and the property owner is very receptive to requests/quick to respond. High chair and play pen is available if needed. Thank you!

This is our second stay at this unique property. The pool, pool table, and trampoline keep the teens busy, and the large kitchen table with the great view is great for the older adults - During our last stay, there was a bluetooth speaker in the living room that we did not find this time, and there were no instructions on how to use the stereo system for anything other than the basic radio, so remember to pack a bit of your own tech.

This was our 3rd time coming to this house and we have really enjoyed it. Great place for the kids to have fun with the pool and a lot of space inside. The rooms are at one end of the house and the living spaces at the other end so that is nice for the evenings when kids are asleep the adults can still hang out and not wake the kids. Big enough table to fit 16 is really nice. We hope we will be back.

Spectacular Ranch

This property was absolutely amazing. If you are looking to have a fun, family stay this is the place. The pool is heated and has an automatic cover that helped us feel safer for our kids. The in ground trampoline was so cool. We were lucky to see the cows being herded into a new field. The garden is stunning and well kept. The layout of the home makes you feel like you can retreat to your room but be together for family meals. You can tell that the pool was built to be seen in each room. We walked over to the meat store and we were warmly greeted by the lady running it and let us drive in the back to see the cows and chickens. If you’re looking for a special country getaway this is the best place!! Thank you Kelli and family.

Our family was in town for a wedding. We had a large, active group, so we needed space and things to do. The Ranch was perfect for us. We could have our own space away from each other, gather for family meals, and also play pickleball, swim, play cornhole, etc. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

So many amenities. Basketball court pickleball court. Ping pong trampoline, pool table. Kids had a blast. Family place for sure. There was even a grand piano. Table for 16. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The hostess was easy to reach and very helpful.

My family of 5 stayed for 5 nights at The Ranch. We were looking for an accommodation with a private pool but were sold in the unique location. It was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and all the furniture was very comfortable. The hosts responded quickly and were very accommodating. My kids loved the large pool, trampoline and pool table. The property, with a large beautifully landscaped yard and lake view was stunning. However, what we loved most was the farm animals. They made for such a unique and memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again for a wonderful family vacation.

Excellent Experience

This is a great property for families and small groups. There was ample space for everyone. The outdoor area and pool are well maintained. The pool is fantastic. The setting is very peaceful with views of the surrounding hills and lake. While out in the country, you are still close to so many restaurants and stores. This is a special home, and you can tell that it was special for the owners family for generations. The owners were great to work with and very attentive. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful family summer retreat

We absolutely loved staying at this lovely home! The pool and pickleball court and beautiful yard were so beautiful and relaxing. Plenty of outdoor seating by the pool. We used the outdoor fire pit one night to roast marshmallows together. Love, love the big windows along the back where those who are inside can see all the fun happening outside. We also loved the large table inside to eat together and the large gathering area to sit and relax. Watching the Fourth of July fireworks in the valley was unbelievable from this view. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect Family Getaway!

The Ranch, as it is called, was perfect for our family of six who enjoyed spending Christmas there. The backyard view is beautiful with scenery including Lake Lowell, trees, sheep, and wildlife. Especially birds and a large family of quail passing through daily. The home is cozy with a welcoming feel along with everything you could need - including comfortable bedding. We will definitely be returning!

Great Family Property

This is a great property for a large family gathering. We had 11 people and all slept comfortably. With the large back yard and pool, trampoline & pickle ball court there was plenty of outdoor activity for the kids. The pool table and ping pong table were also fun. We've done 5 or 6 family VRBO's and this was the best! Very pleased!.

This property is not just another VRBO…this place is a home! From the moment you enter you can hear and feel the generations of laughter, conversations and traditions that fill the rooms! Very well stocked for living not just existing! From the soft beds and bedding, soft towels, comfortable sitting…oh how I could go on! The pool is perfect! The atmosphere is relaxing!
