'Fijne locatie, prima faciliteiten, heerlijk bed. Het pand mag over het algemeen beter gereinigd worden, de ramen zijn vies en ook de hoekjes verdienen aandacht.
Personeel is heel vriendelijk en als je iets nodig hebt, wordt je snel geholpen.'

'The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind.
The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.'

'A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

'Oyo is a good place to stay in the heart of Times Square if you don’t want to spend a fortune. It’s especially good for a single traveler just coming for Broadway shows. The rooms are very tiny (but good for one). The only complaint is the mattress-it feels like a sleeper sofa (a hideaway bed that is thin and noisy.) Otherwise it’s fine if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. I would stay here again.'

'Pros: Really nice apartment with an unbeatable location near the park and great restaurants. 3 minutes from the 1/2/3. Nice balcony and good wifi, with a little kitchen stocked with cookware essentials. Bathroom is recently renovated and nice. Aside from some linens (see below), the place was very clean. In the one conversation I was able to have with the property manager, he was polite and friendly.Cons: The apartment shown in the listing photos is not the apartment we rented. It was comparable...

'The host was not responsive to emails. The address was wrong. Check in was late and badly executed. Check out was an hour earlier than listed. The furniture was old and uncomfortable. There was no heat or coffee maker. I’ve written the host about these issues and only received one response, saying check in started at 4:05.
Would not recommend at all'
