For added comfort, the pool can be heated upon request using a heat pump, at an additional cost, with prior notice and a minimum stay of 5 nights. The maximum pool temperature is 24°C.

Inside, the house offers well-appointed bedrooms for restful nights, a fully equipped kitchen, and modern amenities designed to make your stay effortless. All beds are prepared with 100% cotton, crisp white bed linen, ensuring maximum comfort and a hotel-quality sleeping experience.

The kitchen is equipped with brand-new, top-of-the-line Miele appliances, including:
- A washing machine with an automatic detergent dosing system (TwinDos) — detergent is supplied and dispensed -automatically; guests are kindly requested not to add their own detergent
- A Miele dishwasher, intuitive and easy to use
- A new, high-quality SMEG toaster
- Two new coffee machines: one for Nespresso capsules and one for filter coffee (SMEG brand), so you can enjoy your coffee just the way you like it
