Condominium Rules – Important Information for Guests:

Quiet hours: Please avoid music and excessive noise that may disturb other residents, particularly before 9:00 am and after 9:30 pm.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the building's common areas, including apartment balconies, as balconies are legally considered common areas for condominium purposes.

Swimming pool: The pool is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm only. Please shower before entering and respect other guests. Nudism, topless sunbathing, excessive noise, running, jumping into the pool, and games in or around the pool are not permitted.

Pool area: Food, drinks, chewing gum, glass containers, and alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool or solarium area. Sun loungers and umbrellas cannot be reserved in advance, and only one of each per household may be used.

Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult around the pool. The playground is for children under 12 and is open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, with adult supervision required.

Pets: Animals are not permitted in the common areas of the building.

Balconies: Please do not hang clothes over balcony railings or place objects, plants, or other items where they could fall or affect the
building's appearance.

Common areas: Please keep corridors, entrances, staircases, and other shared areas clean and unobstructed. Do not leave personal belongings or objects in these areas.

Garage/parking: Parking is only permitted in the designated parking spaces. Washing vehicles in the garage or surrounding areas is not permitted.

Pool access: Please do not enter the building's corridors, stairways, or lifts while wet after using the pool.

Doors: Please make sure the main entrance and garage door are properly closed after entering or leaving the building. This is particularly important for the security of residents and guests.
