The recently completed villa impresses with its ambience, characterized by modern comfort and functional luxury. The three bedrooms impress with their en-suite bathrooms, exclusive designs and high-quality furnishings. All rooms have separately adjustable air conditioning.

A fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill area are a matter of course in a home of this class. The swimming pool with integrated chill-out area can also be heated on request. Every room of the house grants an unforgettable view of the infinity of the Atlantic.
The Cliffhouse is only about a mile away from the small town of Lombada dos Marinheiros, which also has a small supermarket/bar. The nearest bakery is also less than a mile away. Calheta's harbor promenade, which has numerous restaurants and shopping facilities, can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Madeira's capital, Funchal, is around 45 minutes' drive away. Numerous levadas and vantage points are in the immediate vicinity. A trip to the picturesque town of Porto Moniz with its natural swimming pools leads through the impressively beautiful landscape of the north-eastern part of the island.

Please be aware that our properties are situated on a tropical island, where it is common to encounter insects and other natural elements. While we take all necessary measures to maintain a comfortable and clean environment, the presence of such creatures is a natural aspect of the beautiful tropical surroundings.
