West of the island - Intelsol Calheta Apartments I

Intelsol Calheta Apartment I is a completely refurbished 2 bedroom property, with a modern style, simple and practical for a holiday with family or friends. Access is by stairs, as this flat is on the second floor of a building in the Loreto centre, Calheta.
The property has two bedrooms with double bed, one of them with private bathroom. The living room is harmoniously divided by a dining area and a living area with access to a small sea view balcony. The sofa turns into a bed, so the capacity of this property is for a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen is spacious, has a dining area in the centre and is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning.

Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
There is no reserved parking, however there is free parking next to the building.

AREA
Flat located in the Loreto centre, a sunny area of the Calheta municipality. It is a 10-minute drive from Calheta beach, where you can also find bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Close by is the “Engenho da Calheta”, one of the oldest sugar cane mills in Madeira Island. The facilities and its machinery used in the production of sugar cane brandy and honey may be visited all year round. It has a tasting room and a wine bar.
Calheta is about 40 minutes drive from the Funchal city centre.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Calheta. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
