The spot has everything that you need for a weekend stay. The little lake in front is very peaceful and adds to the delight of the stay. The treehouse is perfect for 2 people. 'My family and I stayed here for labor day weekend. We were visiting my wife's family. The place was every clean and the host was amazing. He responded to all my questions and made check in very easy. We will definitely stay agin.'

'Nice yard. All beds VERY comfortable! Nice and sunny and relaxing. Close walking and biking path was very close. My only suggestion would be a small table and lamp in the room with the twin bed and one on both sides for the double bed room. Mirrors in the rooms would be helpful too. Those are very minor suggestions. It was a great place and location and we would gladly use it again !'

'Christen was great to respond and was eager to allow an earlier check in to match our schedule. The house was great with a lot of space. Everything was clean and neat. Nice fenced in yard for our pets and awesome view of the nearby river. Great trip!'

'Very nice place! The outdoor lighting is really cool with the trees lit up and the house numbers lit up, as well. Only a 5 minute drive to the shops and restaurants on the river. '

'This was perfect for the wedding couple to stay right after their wedding until they left the next morning. They really didn’t need more than the kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The bed had an issue that needs attending before the next guests but the wedding couple figured no one mentioned it and they were only there for a few hours so they dealt with it. Cute little place'

'The house was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time in Owensboro! The only issue we had was that the doors to the downstairs bedroom do not close all the way. '

'We used this lovely home as the location for our bridal party to get dressed and ready for the day. The outside views are stunning. Kentucky farm land at its best. Literally rolling green hills. Our plan was to take all of the wedding photos outside there but unfortunately we got rained out and had to switch locations suddenly. 'Stayed here for a long weekend with my father as we were in town for a family reunion. Listing was exactly as pictured. We did have some issues entering the home as the extreme heat made the door stick and not unlock as easily. However, Julie was great and answered right away to help us get inside. Immediately walked in to a clean and cool house after being outside all day in the humidity. Very quiet and was a perfect home away from home! Would definitely rent out this bungalow again.
