'Clean Room, walking distance to the train station. Easy car ride to airport. Restaurant row was about a 10min seemed like a quiet and safe area. Construction next door.'

'The room was clean and there was plenty of parking available. The location was very close to downtown San Jose and SJSU. Also, several fast food restaurants on the block and across the street. This was an afforable and convenient location to stay for the SJSU commencement.'

'The room was bigger than usual, has the jacuzzi, carpets in the hallway and room are very clean. No odors of cigarettes in the whole facility. Bathroom was very clean and fairly new. The pressure from the shower could be better, the water from the sink could flow faster. Air conditioner was working very well and not loud, the best treat was the control was on the wall. A lot of choices for breakfast but typical quality from hotels that offer them, no gourmet food. I wished the parking was free...

'Check in was located at the Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are spacious and clean. Small gym, but extremely hot, as the Sauna is located in that area too. Breakfast is basic, but fruit available.'

'I use this Motel off and on for about two months. It is always clean and the cleaning staff changes out towels and will make your bed daily if you ask them. And the rooms are cheaper through Expedia.'

'I was disappointed by the reception team during my recent stay. Despite arriving with heavy luggage, not a single staff member offered to help or even acknowledged the struggle. A hotel’s front desk sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately this one felt indifferent to guests’ basic needs. I hope management addresses this, as a little attentiveness goes a long way in hospitality.'

'Hotel Clariana is a historic renovation of a YMCA so don't expect a Marriott/Hilton experience... That said I booked a room to lay my head at night while attending The Blues Festival (Sat/Sun) and it was perfect! It was priced below $200 and I was able to park for two days at a great price. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was attentive... Tina was a fabulous host! There was some downtown noise at night but with Fifa Soccer, a wrestling match, a Blues...
