'The bed comfort was on par with 5 star hotels. The room has most everything you need, mini fridge, usb outlets in abundance, free 24 hour coffee and water machine in lobby. Excellent breakfast with amazing waffles. April ( I think that’s her name, she was training someone) was a super breakfast attendant. Really high ceilings which was a surprise so nice large room. Only negative is there is no sound proofing. I could hear the neighbors TV, people upstairs walking around, hallway noise. Luckily...

'Terrible communication older lady was rude. Younger lady did the best she could to help, but it seems like the staff doesn't talk amongst each other. I wouldn't pay online its misleading. Also the rooms being cleaned on the regular is something to me desired.'

'The whole building smell really bad. I got 2 rooms. In one room there was a dirty diaper in the garage and the tub had not been. cleaned good.. The other room had a use bar of soap on the floor between the tub and the toilet. No screen on the window. The windows were filthy. Would never get a room there again..'
