Suitable for up to 4 guests, this apartment offers a spacious and modern living-dining area with a comfortable sofa bed and an integrated, fully equipped American kitchen. A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a contemporary bathroom. Additionally, air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection ensure your comfort at all times. Enjoy a large sunny communal pool or play a game of tennis on the building's courts. Our property is equipped with an alarm system. Although some detectors in the living-dining area include camera devices, they are exclusively designed for security purposes and do not record or transmit images, ensuring your privacy.

Check-in Procedure:

-Present identification documents for all guests.
-Security deposit by card: €150. The deposit is returned within 7 days after check-out.
- Payment for additional services if requested.

House Rules:

-No smoking or parties allowed in the accommodation.
-Respect the guest limit according to the reservation.
-Upon leaving, please return the keys, take out the trash, and clean the used dishes.
