Accommodating up to 4 guests, this apartment offers a cozy and bright living-dining room with a comfortable sofa bed and access to a spacious terrace. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom features 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower. Additionally, air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure your comfort at all times.

The building offers a large outdoor communal swimming pool with sun loungers, perfect for relaxing on sunny days.

The swimming pool is subject to the internal rules of the homeowners’ association, which are independent of Inftour. Access requires an identification card that must be requested directly at the building’s concierge desk. A refundable deposit of 50 euros is required for the card, which will be returned upon its handover. This process must be handled personally with the concierge.
The location is unbeatable: just 300 meters from Arenal Beach and the vibrant promenade lined with restaurants, bars, and shops. Children will love the funfair located 1.5 km away, and for those seeking activity, multiple hiking trails, sports facilities, and the municipal pool are just steps away.

Getting around is easy with a nearby bus stop and parking options. Beyond the comfort of the apartment, Calpe itself will captivate you: fine sandy beaches, the iconic Peñón de Ifach, the Queen's Baths, Las Salinas with their flamingos, and a vibrant old town. Come and fall in love!

Office hours:
Summer: Mon–Fri from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00
Winter: Mon–Fri from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 18:00

Check-in/key collection: from 16:00

For arrivals outside office hours, on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays: request key collection instructions and complete the online check-in.

Check-out: Until 11:00

Check-in procedure:
• Present ID for all guests. If arriving outside office hours, please notify us in advance and complete the online check-in.
• Security deposit (150 €)to be paid by card or bank transfer.
• The deposit is refunded within 7 days after check-out.

House rules:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the property or in common areas.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed.
• Cleaning and order upon check-out: Final cleaning includes standard cleaning of the accommodation. Before departure, all dishes and utensils must be washed and stored, garbage taken out, and furniture returned to its original place. Failure to comply will incur a minimum charge of €30, which may increase depending on the extra work required.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Charges apply for lost keys, remotes, or access cards.
• 24h emergency line available only for urgent matters (e.g., no electricity, water leaks). Misuse will be charged.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in total or partial loss of the deposit. INFTOUR SPAIN S.L. reserves the right of admission and may cancel the stay immediately if the guest violates the house rules.
