INTERNAL: This large villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which consists of a bedroom with four single beds. The MAIN FLOOR consists of a large living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the terraces, some of which are covered and overlook the Peñón de Ifach, and access to the pool area. A large separate kitchen, fully equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A laundry room with washing machine. A large bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. The UPPER FLOOR has a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and bath en suite and access to the solarium overlooking the sea, the pool and the Peñón de Ifach.

EXTERNAL: Large terrace with the 9x4.5 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a portable grill to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for 4 vehicles on the same property.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the calmness and proximity to the beaches and shops. It is only 2 km to the center of Calpe, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest sandy beach is reached in 2.7 km.

REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
