Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 6 people, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed on one floor.The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

INTERIOR: On the GROUND FLOOR there is a room with a washing machine and on the UPPER FLOOR which is accessed with external stairs we can find a very bright living room with Sat / DTT TV. A kitchen with electric fires and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. A bedroom with a bunk bed for two people. A bathroom with shower and finally a toilet.

EXTERIOR: You will enjoy a large terrace area, where the 7x4 pool with Roman stairs and an outdoor shower is located. You can make meals outdoors taking advantage of the barbecue that will be available to you with a small outdoor kitchen with electric fires. There is also a parking for one car on the same plot.

LOCATION: The villa is located in an unbeatable urbanization called "Caleta" given the proximity to the beach and restaurants in just 700 m, the nearest supermarket 400 m and the center of Calpe 3.4 km.
